Leased at Graceland for three years from 2023-2026, and my girlfriend lived in a different Graceland unit and had basically the exact same experience. I can honestly say that Graceland checks all the boxes for satisfactory living. Pricing and fees: Rent is cheap! In three years my rent had only increased by 20 dollars per month (excluding the monthly pet rent that was tacked on when I got my cat). My best friend and I have had a great experience living here for the past two years. The rent (and parking!) is affordable, the apartments are clean, and Kevin Cline has always been very responsive regarding any issues. Will miss living here!
Kevin Kline was an incredible landlord. The apartments are fairly priced and impeccably clean. I never had to worry about any issues with cleanliness here or worry about Kevin not fixing an issue, he always responded very quickly. They are always making improvements. I wish I could have stayed at Graceland longer!
