I am highly disappointed with today. I made an appointment for myself, my mom, and my sister to get our eyebrows waxed. I talked so highly about my previous experience with this salon that they were extremely excited. Our appointment was 4:10. We arrived at 4:00pm. Supposedly the girl that was scheduled to wax us was running 20 minutes late. We sat there for 40 minutes with no acknowledgment or apologies for the wait.
