I would give ZERO stars if I could. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT fall for the lies this company will tell. They told me it was SAFE to use one of their products with PEPPERMINT OIL as an ingredient on my 5 month old. Peppermint oil is TOXIC to infants and can cause respiratory distress and SEIZURES Please do not trust this company and do not give any of your business to this untruthful "holistic" company. I have been reaching out for a month over a refund with no response they canceled my order told me I couldn’t reorder but issued my refund to a gift card and now refuse to communicate with me. The owners mother messaged me threatening me and the whole business practice is sketchy I would like my refund for orders ******. ******
They won’t take responsibility for their packing mistakes! Product leaked and soaked the shipping box. Only received about 1/2 of my order do to this! It wasn’t damaged by shippers! Will never purchase another product from them. Not worth the money if you receive damaged product and they refuse to refund or replace!??
