"I can’t thank Gracey enough! I’ve had many massages, but Graceful Strides is on a different level. She worked wonders on my lower back and calves to get me ready for a Spartan race. Because of her specialized focus on alignment, I was able to go full-bore for a 21K race with 33 obstacles. I finished 4th in my age group and felt amazing the entire time. She truly understands how to prep a body for high performance. Highly, highly recommend!"

Graceful strides is positively the best service you could gift to yourself or a loved one, especially if that loved one has four beautiful legs and a heart of gold! I was absolutely enchanted when I saw Grace work on our standardbred; the intuitive nature she has for recognizing abnormal movement or pain in either a person or your horse can’t be matched.
