Jaime is highly professional, always timely and fulfills commitments as described. He has gone above and beyond multiple times to ensure that our pool is in appropriate working order, assisted in emergency situations and performed upgrades and maintenance on a very cost-effective basis. Jaime’s team uses an app to provide updates post visit on all your pool stats, pictures and any supplies/maintenance performed. I highly recommend Jaime and his team for all your pool needs.
Jamie is so incredibly kind, responsive, and organized. We have been so impressed by his level of knowledge and attention to detail. We get the most detailed weekly reports and feel so confident knowing our pool is in the best hands! Can’t say enough good things about Graceful Pool Care.
