Dr. Reyes and her amazing team saved my pups life after he was attacked a few years ago and we have been bringing him to Graceful paws since. We recently got another fur baby who has been itching a lot, our pup loved the vet team and has been scratching herself less!! They are amazing and truly care for their patients. We are so thankful to this clinic and we will be coming here as long as we are still in the state!!
The time they take to see you with an appointment is ridiculous.. My appointment was at 12.. Did not get a room for my dog till 12:15-12:20.. the vet tec saw us, but still waiting to see the vet 47 minutes +... what is the point of a appointment of they are not going to value my time.. this is the last time I came hear..
Dr. Reyes is the best! She always listens to our concerns and makes sure we understand what is happening with our pup. Dr. Sanchez is kind and knowledgeable as well. The vet techs are always awesome and happy to help.
The most Caring, Kind, Compassionate vet office i have EVER worked with! A doggy momma to many rescues, this was a tough one with putting one of my babies down. I could not have asked for better staff! Natalia and Neal were the best, and Dr Reyes a true gem..so very grateful! Highly recommend to all!
