This company is head and shoulders above the rest. I would highly recommend them. They have exemplary customer service and are expert packers and movers.
I’ve used graceful moves twice now and they did great job previously, this third time has been a terrible experience. With the exception of Cedric, his customer service is amazing! We noticed a lot of our items have minor damage coming from storage. Also they were not able to build items properly, and left one of our beds unassembled. They said they were gonna come out that day and the following day and have been playing the run around with us on getting the bed fixed. Guy came out but way later than told.
