Worst experience at the doctor, very rude customer service, they will tell you the fee is included in the course, but when they find out you don’t have enough private insurance to pay, they will change the attitude and find other reasons to ask you to pay. I don’t mind if i have to pay the fee but just don’t lie to customer, and judging me using a bad insurance, feels very bad.
