Fantastic. Renovated our st kilda apartment to perfection. Fast, low impact, high quality, great price. Nice people as well.
Ryan and Amanda are professional, responsive and good at building as well as being lovely people. My renovation started with a realistic quote and ended with a high quality job. It is great to be able to trust your builder in all areas. As circumstances changed, Ryan was always calm and found a solution. He also has a good eye and makes sure things are done properly. It was a pleasure as everyone working with them was excellent and everyone was nice too. Integrity is important to me and this company has integrity.
We had used Ryan and his team before on a smaller project and loved the no fuss attitude and commitment to high quality. Nothing was ever an issue hence why we selected Gracecon for our larger renovation. This proved to be the right call as the build process was a lot of fun and Ryan allowed us to be part of the journey the entire time. The finished product was completed on time and to a very high standard which will stand the test of time.
Gracecon managed and delivered a major renovation for us in Camberwell, and we could not have been happier with the outcome. Professional service, great advice, all delivered on time and on budget. I would happily recommend Gracecon to anyone contemplating a major renovation!
