She examines thoroughly, but the waiting time is too long. I have to wait at least an hour in the lobby. Also, she asks me to come to the hospital every day until my condition improves, which makes it impossible not to think about the cost.
These guys are the best! I had blurriness out of my eyes and they not only diagnosed it but gave me the best advice I have ever received from countless visits. They were super thorough and super careful, super patient, I am so appreciative! (I had been wondering about getting electrolysis or freezing eyelashes, but with low success rate and high rate of growing back, I know what to do now!)
So I had a foreign body in my eye, went to the urgent care and was told to go to the ER. I looked around and called several ophthalmologists (which wouldn’t see me or were closed for the day 2:15pm on a Wednesday) before I found Dr. Wu so I called her office, turns out she was closed today as well, but was at work catching up on items. Best Eye Doctor I have ever seen.
Dr. Wu is very friendly. She takes time to explain every details to make sure you understand. Dr. Wu asks all the right questions about your medical history and your concerns so that she knows what tests to run. I feel relaxed during, and after, the visit. And I have a much better understanding of the conditions of my visions and eyes. Dr. Wu is a true professional. I would trust her with our family’s eye care.
