I was referred to Grace Health by my primary care physician after a rough attempt at inserting an IUD. Although they took some time to reach out and schedule an appointment, they listened to my concerns and promptly arranged for an X-ray technician and medication to be involved in the procedure. The IUD insertion was successful, although it was still quite painful due to my own physiology. Since the pain has been super manageable and I am pleased to report that there was no bleeding or spotting.

My doctor was nice enough, but everything she did while mid procedure she announced after she started doing it. Example, she’d use a swab and after beginning to use the swab, she’d say, “im going to use a swab.” It made me super jumpy and difficult to deal with because i had no clue what was happening before it happened. All while my appointment started an hour after it was supposed to and i ended up being late to a family gathering because of that.

Worst experience I have ever had. Appointment was at 1:30 I didn’t see the doctor till 3:15 and that was after I went to the front desk to ask what was going on. Then I expressed to the doctor about her delayed care and her first response “ well let’s just reschedule “ After waiting for over an hour for her… Then expressing I had to be out the door at 3:30 as I have one car and husband goes on call for the hospital.
