I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Knowles-Jonas, and unfortunately, it left me feeling quite disappointed and unsettled. The appointment felt rushed, and I left with more questions than answers. I didn't feel heard or supported during the consultation, and the doctor didn't ask questions or take time to discuss my concerns in depth. I really like Dr. KJ and will continue to see her yearly even if there are problems with front desk help. Look at the other business around town that are dealing with the same problem especially restaurants.

My mother was a patient here. They lost her pap smear. Then told her she didn't show up for that appointment and they had no record of her being there that day. There was no office staff there the day of her appointment. The doctor was the only one there. I have advised her to contact CMS regarding the mistreatment of her account/records and faulty specemin handling, and to find a new provider. I would not recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr Knowles for many years. for some reason the communication has broken down over the past year. I have called numerous times and still have not received a call back from her office. All I needed was pre-authorization form completed and have not been able to reach anyone to do so. Dr Knowles is very easy to talk to, she is knowledgeable, I like her bedside manner. but the poor communication is unacceptable. perhaps she needs more experienced front desk help or more help altogether.

I have gone here for years. It has always been incredibly slow (appt is 3:00 you get in a room pretty fast, but may not actually be seen till almost 5:00). Sometimes didnt get out of there till after 5:00. But last week 1-4-22 i called regarding an issue that needed handling. Left messages. Had primary doctor calling to try to reach someone, no answer.
