Dr. Willoughby is absolutely wonderful, and the team—Randi, Bri, and Carol—are incredibly friendly, compassionate, and empathetic when it comes to the needs of our pets and our family. I’ve brought my two cats here for about 4 years now. The location is perfect for one cat that has a very short car ride tolerance (and my brain). They do so much to make it less intimidating for him- get us right in a room, offer him a treat, soothing noise machine, and distraction while doing vaccines.
