Grace Veterinary Center is a nightmare to do business with. We placed a highly qualified veterinarian with them, and they outright refused to pay their recruitment fees. Despite multiple attempts to collect what was rightfully owed, they ignored their financial obligations and ghosted us. This kind of shady, unethical behavior speaks volumes about their integrity—or lack thereof. If they can’t even pay their bills, how can they be trusted to care for animals or treat employees fairly? Stay far away from this place.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Grace Veterinary Center is completely unprofessional and unethical when it comes to fulfilling their financial obligations. They owed us a placement fee for a doctor who worked at their practice, yet they never paid. Instead, they dragged their feet, ignored their responsibility, and then conveniently sold the practice—leaving us high and dry. One merely needs to look at the outside of the building and grounds to form a opinion. It looks like a third world, war torn, disaster. But the true disaster was I spent $1300 for test and x-rays, to which they couldn't produce after I became suspicious. I received a $220 refund after catching them without test results.
