Purchased a Groupon to try them out and booked a massage directly. They declined the scheduled Saturday appointment and automatically rescheduled for a Friday late morning. I then tried to reschedule online as directed and was declined two additional times. I called and left 2 messages as well as emailed and texted to try to schedule to a time that worked for me and they would not return the effort. Poor customer service and customer experience, I’ll go elsewhere from now on.
