I had an MRI. I asked if I should remove my shoes . I was told "no" by the technician. While I was on the bed about to receive the mri, the technician was preparing the iv. My feet were nearest to the machine opening. I told the technician that my feet were being pulled upward toward the machine opening. She now says I should remove my shoes. All the nurses and staff absolutely go out of the way to make sure everyone is safe and healthy.
Horrible!!!! You’d think with this brand new nice facility that they would be better equip and more efficient! NOPE! My grandmother was told be there at 10 for surgery mind you it’s literally a 5 min surgery, the nurse or no one even came into her room for 3 hours after she got there and she was not taken back for surgery until 3:15 5 hours after she arrived! Someone was supposed to speak with us after she was out of surgery or almost out and no one came and said a words awful place!

Wow! My wife had a procedure done by Dr. Nall. We spent the night. Every nurse and aide were extraordinary. We were treated like royalty. I do not remember all their names. Grace Surgical Hospital is the best. Thank you.
