It took some time to leave this review. I got a massage with my husband 2 weeks ago. The bruises on my back are just now finally healed. The woman who did my massage did not ask me the level I wanted and proceeded to go so rough I was almost in tears. It seemed there might have been a language barrier but I left in so much pain. My husband said his massage was so soft that it did nothing for him. And when I went to check out, the man at the desk made sure to remind me of the tip portion. Great experience!
I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others. We booked and paid for a 60-minute full body couples massage, but what we actually received was closer to 55 minutes focused almost entirely on our backs and maybe 5 minutes on the rest of our bodies.
