Was turned away from and hung up on because of insurance percent acceptance was not offered a self pay option or anything I’m 4 and half months pregnant and haven’t had any prenatal care so this was a disappointment

I have gone to Dr. Sarvotham for 20+ years. Unfortunately, they are now so difficult to reach and schedule appointments that I decided to no leave. It is a frustrating and maddening experience each time I would try to book an appointment or ask a question. Nobody responds to questions in the portal and the most frustrating thing is there is NO way to call the Altamone office and just simply ask a question. Very disappointing after all these years.
Dr. Sarvotham is an amazing doctor and person. As an OB patient, I was anxious during my pregnancies and she has a calmness about her that helped me relax. She is the only doctor I have stayed a patient with for over 15 years. I'm thankful she's my GYN doc too.
