Ordered the fried rice without shrimp since I am allergic to shellfish (I let the server know). Halfway thru my rice dish, I started having an allergic reaction. Lip swelled up, stomach discomfort, throat closing up. Doubled check the rice and didn't see anything but it smelled like scallops. Food is always good. Service is excellent. Atmosphere is always nice.
The place is overpriced for what they offer; while the food was decent, what we got could easily have been found at a less expensive spot. The bill came to $180 for just two adult meals, one child's meal, and three drinks—an amount that included an 18% service charge, even though the server was reluctant and unhelpful. She didn't guide us on the specials; when we asked, she didn't really answer, and the overall experience was very underwhelming. I don't recommend it—you're better off going somewhere else.
