I would not recommend using this company for multi-unit residential jobs. They do not mark the property lines for each roof. This way when they have “change-order” they try to charge every unit the same “extra” material charge to scam all the units for more money. Ask for pictures for everything as they replace an item, and go back and measure yourself if you can. They tried to charge me over $600 more, and my friend $1000 more (different building). Jonathon is great. The entire experience was positive. They are fast, efficient and fair. I highly recommend them.
I wouldn't recommend this company. They hiked up my price. They changed me for items that should be a part of the contract. My flat roof was ponding and they were rude and talked down to me. Telling me that the code said if the water dried up in 48 hours it's not ponding. I had to call them several times before they fixed it. And they charged me to fix altge ponding In my contract they told me that they were going to add three vents for attic circulation. That was not done.
