Very happy with Grace Roofing! Out of five roofers I contacted, they were the first company to get back to me, and quickly. The owner came out, showed me photos of my roof, explained the issues, and gave me a quote. They were able to start the job quickly, and ended a little earlier than expected. Jay and his team at Grace Roofing are the best! We got a new roof installed January 2025 and Jay and his team did outstanding work. They communicated well, showed up on time, and finished the job in less than a week. He inspected our roof thoroughly before giving us a bid, recommended a membrane roof as our house has a low pitch, and explained the process and how to protect our new roof. He is honest, highly skilled, and his pricing is fair. I would recommend Grace Roofing to anyone!
Working with Grace Roofing was great. In mid-November, they replaced the roof on my 1500 sqft home in a couple of days from old removal to completion, including repair of minor rot in the valley for the garage. Clean up was thorough and all debris removed. I am on the Oregon coast and we had several storms in the following weeks with up to 70 mph winds and heavy rain. It had no effect on any of the work. I was very pleased with the experience and highly recommend Grace Roofing.
Prior to having our roof done, we had received about 6 bids from local contractors. The one thing that got our attention was how detailed the bid that we had received from Grace Roofing was. It helped us understand what we were getting with this investment and assured us that were getting quality products. They did not disappoint.
