Grace Psychological Services has been such an important support for my son. Dr. Reyes has been a steady, positive influence since he was four — helping him build confidence, learn accountability, and understand his own strengths. I don't recommend having your child evaluated here. Appointments and meetings went as planned, however after final evaluation meeting, written report was not supplied. The written evaluation was only given after sending a certified letter and threatening to report to the board/insurance. This took four months during the school year, in which the child could not be accommodated. During this time, however, they were able to launch a new website and hire two new psychologists. This took longer than required and the lack of communication from the staff was very frustrating. My daughter received three new diagnoses and I still have no documents or resources.
Great services. Very kind practitioner. My client is very happy with her. Very professional practice and knowledgeable regarding neurodiversity and needs of youth.
I took my son here to get evaluated for numerous tests. At first everything was great then it went silent. The contract or rough guideline I received said 6 weeks for a turn around time on an evaluation results report. It has been far more than that without a single word from anyone in this office. Very displeased with the lack of communication from this place. Even if things happen, a simple message in the portal would be nice about results being delayed. I wouldn’t waste my time here again. Find somewhere else.
