Rented for around 3 years. Pam was very personable and was on top of issues that were brought to her. Landlord fixed stuff most times within 48hrs or faster. I do not think there is a better price for the space and location in Hardin county. I highly recomend them fir anyone looking for a smaller, 1100ish sqft, space in the area.
I rented with Grace for over a year, the only reason I left was because I decided to move back home with my family for financial reasons, this is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in, the owners are tentative and on top of fixing what ever needs to be fixed/ looked at. Amazing spacious apartment, All of the neighbors are respectful and quiet and over all I had the best experience living in my apartment. 10/10 would do it again.
