Ive had the exact same experience in both Grace Private clinics. Horrible communication with ladies at front desk. They take ages to answer the phone, they don’t follow up on requests, take up to a week to reply to emails and action things and when they do, it’s often with incorrect information and it all needs to be re done. Shame that such a good practice with great doctors, offers this type of service at the same time.

Dr Turner charges through the roof and greatly under delivers. My family member was extremely disappointed. Everything from forgotten scripts to lack of follow-up. Switched them to a bulk billing GP now, who is on top of everything and delightful. With no out-of-pocket costs! Will never have her return.

As a perimenopausal woman, I was extremely disappointed with my appointment with Vanessa Malouf. I waited for 4 months to see her and cost me $300 to find out she was the cliche of what you hear about GP’s who disregard women’s concerns - I wanted to talk about a few symptoms and how I have put on weight. she then proceeded to tell me that I’m at that stage of life and it is what it is, that I no longer have a body like in my 20’s (please don’t insult my intelligence) and then to top it off, after looking at my bloods, which... read more

I was frustrated by the lack of follow-up from the clinic and unclear documentation regarding the referral process. I hope the clinic can improve communication and administrative follow-ups for patients.
