I was frustrated by the lack of follow-up from the clinic and unclear documentation regarding the referral process. I hope the clinic can improve communication and administrative follow-ups for patients.
Overall I am very happy with Grace Private. Communication from the clinic is not always smooth or timely but the staff have all been lovely and it's clear that they are invested in delivering a positive outcome for you. Dr Tina Fleming is excellent. I've only seen her a few times but she genuinely cares and listens, etc. Like most doctors the appointments can feel a little rushed at times but she's one of the better ones for giving you time & space to explain, etc. She did a fantastic job with my surgical procedure. Dr Turner charges through the roof and greatly under delivers. Extremely disappointed. Everything from forgotten scripts to lack of follow-up. Switched the a bulk billing GP now, who is on top of everything and delightful. With no out-of-pocket costs! Will never return.
Wonderful place providing patient-centered care. I had an appointment with Dr Priya Sokhal who took time to look into my issues. She was kind, empathetic, and understanding of my anxiety as this was my first time at a gynaecologist. The clinic itself is beautiful and everyone that works there was friendly and professional.
