I am incredibly disappointed with Grace Private, (Brickworks clinic) for a few reasons. But I will not go into great detail, so in summary: - Only one of the few girls there are pleasant. - It is a nightmare trying to get through to anyone at either clinic, with wait times up to 15 minutes. - Dr. Fleming's initial appointment is that she cannot do enough, sent away to get scans etc. - Follow up appointment: Even with evidential findings, I was dismissed & patronised. Ive had the exact same experience in both Grace Private clinics. Horrible communication with ladies at front desk. They take ages to answer the phone, they don’t follow up on requests, take up to a week to reply to emails and action things and when they do, it’s often with incorrect information and it all needs to be re done. Shame that such a good practice with great doctors, offers this type of service at the same time.
