Horrible communication with ladies at front desk. They take ages to answer the phone, they don’t follow up on requests, take up to a week to reply to emails and action things and when they do, it’s often with incorrect information and it all needs to be re done. Shame that such a good practice with great doctors, offers this type of service at the same time.
I had an excellent experience with Dr Green and her team at Grace Private and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring a laparotomy or any gynaecology care. Dr Fleming is absolutely amazing! I’ve seen her for multiple endometriosis procedures now and always feel trusting & assured. She’s kind, empathetic and wonderful at what she does.
Dr. Adriana Olog is a very kind, caring, and amazing doctor. She showed great compassion and made me feel very comfortable. She listened to me patiently and explained everything clearly. I felt as if I was speaking with my mum — someone I can deeply trust and rely on. I would highly recommend her at Grace Private. The receptionists were also very friendly and welcoming. I am deeply disappointed with this clinic. I confirmed my situation and spoke to nurses, who assured me twice verbally that I had the procedure. Then, all of a sudden, the information was changed, saying I never had it. This disgusting and careless handling of my medical history directly contributed to the tragic loss of my daughter.
