our second child was born here today , first one 3 and a half years ago and could not be happier with the amazing staff and our doctor Yasmin Pilgrim who delivered both of our children , attention to patient and family needs are amazing highly recommended , thank you Doctor Yasmin. side note we don't have private health self funded great communication with all costs involved
THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON PROMISES. THEY SEND EMAILS TO YOU AT THE END OF THE DAY ONCE YOU UNABLE TO CONTACT THEM. RECEPTION STAFF ARE BY FAR THE WORST I HAD SEEN IN ANY BUSINESS, THEY HIDE BEHIND EMAILS WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. WHICH IS IRONIC TO HOW MUCH YOU GET CHARGED. THEY CANCEL APPOINTMENTS ON YOU WITHOUT WARNING, THEY WON'T EVEN TELL YOU THE APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. HAS CAUSED NOTHING BUT STRESS WHICH I THOUGHT YOUR SUPPOSED TO MINIMISE NOT ADD TO YOUR CLIENTS!!!!
Dr Miller is an excellent physician with a great bedside manner. She made me feel so comfortable and calm for something I was extremely nervous for. I would highly recommend her :)
Unfortunately I must echo the poor reviews about Grace Private. I was told good things by friends and that was not my experience. While the doctors appear highly skilled, the practice itself is incredibly disorganised and internal communication and coordination are clearly lacking. Every time I spoke with someone I got a different story and despite many calls and emails, action was only taken if my GP clinic began also calling. My daughter arrived at the hospital as per advised for her procedure and her booking was not for that day. There was a mistake and she was scheduled for the following week. Then two days before her surgery Grace Private informed my daughter that she still had an out of pocket sum owing, $2200. Even though we have health insurance. My daughter questioned this as it wasn’t on the quote or told to her in previous visits. The receptionist then told my daughter that that doctor doesn’t participate with the health funds!!!!!
