The therapists are ok, but office staff and policies are inconsistent and a bit heartless. If you have a life, and need to cancel appointments, don’t go here!! I had surgery and had a very tough recovery, and since I had cancellations(even though they were 24 hours in advance per policies) that was used against me. I needed to cancel an appointment for tomorrow because my parents dog is on his death bed and so they are charging me a fee.
