What a wonderful human being,kind and compassionate
I almost died a year ago with no help from Dr. Kim. My situation was dire but instead of contacting me back, I had to keep hounding her office and the male receptionist would say they would call me back but never did. Dr. Kim wanted me to get a referral even though I told them I don’t need referrals with my insurance. After Dr Kim forced me to get the referral, she changed her mind and refused to see me. What kind of ethics does she have to treat a sick person this way.
Don’t go to Dr Kim! My 96 year old uncle had a bad infection with cellulitis so his podiatrist sent him to the ER to be admitted and receive IV antibiotics. The ER doctor consulted with Dr. Kim, who felt he could take oral antibiotics and be sent home. Before leaving, the ER scheduled an appointment with a wound care specialist the following Monday. I was told by my primary care physician that I have Lyme disease and therefore I needed to see an infectious disease doctor. I researched and found Dr. Kim. I read some of her reviews and I liked what I read. My doctor sent a referral, along with my information. I received a phone call from Dr. Kim’s office and was told that I couldn’t be seen because my primary care doctor was not apart of St. Vincent’s.
