My mother in law is handicap, in a wheelchair. She was 10 min late within the grace time due to diffculty in moving. The reception personal took 4 min to entertain us. The provider refused to see us. Worst experience...very unethical and professional. Initially no manager was available , when some lady showed up she was rude and threatened us to leave the premises. I wish could give negative 10.
