Please do not EVER use this company. I work in customer service and this company does not understand the concept of customer service. We called for an out-of-state moving quote. We spoke with a sales rep and gave him all of our information. All of our belongings are in storage so we already had the inventory and the weight. After speaking with Salesman "A", Salesman "B" got on the phone to confirm everything because Salesman "A" was new. Salesman "B" confirmed everything was right with the quote.
