We hired Grace Mobile Care about a month ago to help with our 90 year old father. Every single person who has worked with him has been outstanding - kind, gentle and conscientious. Grace and Dave have been incredible with the communication. Highly recommend.
While the Quality of Services was good. The No Shows and consistent lateness and early leaving of Staff is highly unprofessional. The lack of respect to clients in regard to no communication unless initiated by Client is absolutely not okay.
