Dr. Kurukula Arachchi is very thorough, and has incredible bedside manners. She has been my family doctor for nearly 15 years and I am incredibly grateful for her care.
The receptionist never answer the call don't care what time you call she not answered and just said I didn't saw your call or your number in my phone, and said discuss with the doctor the situation. The doctor Perera brings a good attention, nice doctor.
I have been with grace medical clinics since they were walkin clinic 10 years ago and I have nothing but horrible experiences. What an awful experience first thing on a Monday morning. I had to use google to gain the phone number of a doctor working at Grace Medical. When I managed to get through the line a receptionist informed me that there are multiple doctors at this location and I was calling the wrong one. When I mentioned that google only gave one phone number and I asked if she could give me the correct number her very loud and rude response was “can you just put it in your contacts???”.
