Overall positive experience
Very unprofessional. Non working thermometer. Seeing pee samples openly and overall I did not get a good vibe. I felt the doctor was impatient with me and I had to leave abruptly because of the way she was talking to me as if I know what medical terminology she used. Lesson learned. As a patient I expect to be told what will be happening every step of the way.
Horrible place, did not help me, didn't send my referrals to Drs they were supposed to, n when I called office, it would hang up on me, every time...no one ever picked up, from either location....horrible Drs n ma there... won't ever go again...
Words cannot explain how disappointed I am with this office and their customer service and professionalism. I have never been poked fun of by a medical team I employed or had a medical condition ignored due to a teams inability to provide medical care. It’s a shame that I was intentional in looking for a black female physician and ended up with an entire medical staff that really shouldn’t be practicing.
Best Doctor I have ever seen. I’ve been having a bunch of issues and have gone all over the place and can tell you that this place is by far the best. She was so thorough and made me feel like I’m finally going to get better. I highly recommend.
