Called they said they where coming NO Show not even a call back ?
They came out Monday morning to assess my problem and by end of day Tuesday I had an entire new system installed! Communication was fantastic as I was given updates throughout the day. I would highly recommend Grace Mechanical, they did my home right and I could not have asked for better service.
I am happy for the people who had great service. I did not and have not ever received honest dependable service. I usually do not write bad reviews but I must say this company has given me the worst service I have ever had. I bought a brand new air conditioner and paid extra for it to be here in 3 days and instead it took two weeks. I did not receive a credit for the late delivery. My air conditioner goes out often but it will take days for the company to check on my air conditioner. I have spent many nights at hotels becaus... read more
