Luke Warm Front desk staff could be a little more speedy and well trained. Overall, a little confusing about whom is doing what and how. I changed facilities after a few unpleasent encounters..
Excellent staff, excellent experience I have been a patient at Grace Maternity for five years. Needless to say, if ever there was an issue they have taken care of it. The entire staff is knowledeable and friendly. I have referred all my friends!!! So far, everyone has been really happy.
Horrible Prenatal Care! Grace Maternity is the worst. I went there for prenatal care and had a horrible experience. The medical staff is incompetent, disorganized, rush you through appointments and are never on time. I waited over 30 minutes to an hour for EVERY appointment!!! They âforgotâ to give me my glucose test and told me to come back in 3 weeks! That was the final straw and I ended up switching practices. My new doctor gave me the test immediately and I ended up being diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Had I st... read more
horrible doctor i almost died! First off i only saw the dr in her office maybe 3 times she delivered my son by c section and i saw her one time in the hospital she said 3 words to me no personality! i ended up getting very ill after my c section went in to see her and her assistant lori and was told oh your fine it's just hormones i had a full body rash my blood was toxic and they didn't ever do a blood test or urinalysis !! well my husband is in the military so we had to move about 5 weeks later i get to VA the next day i g... read more

Rachel C. I have had great experiences with Dr. Sherman. She provided excelent care during a complicated pregnancy, great for welness exams, and her and her staff have always been great with questions, concerns, and a paranoid first time pregnant mom. Yes the wait can be a little long but that is because she spends the time with her paitents to answer questions and help with concerns you may have. The office staff is friendly and remember who you are and even ask about my family. I highly recommend.
Good- but only if you like long waits Dr. Sherman delivered my first child and the delivery went very well. The birth had complications but she was able to deliver me without a c-section. However, the 9 months preceding the delivery left something to be desired. I think I was 4 or so months along before I even met her and I would leave the office feeling like I was given no information. The kicker was the wait. Great She is a great doctor and definitely worth the wait. The staff are very helpful and caring. She has been my doctor for almost 10 years she delivered my daughter and has done 2 surgeries. Lori the NP is great and very helpful. I love their office.
Find a NEW doctor CONS 1. The office staff are not very helpful or understanding. 2. Expect a LONG wait time 3. You'll never see Dr Sherman untill time for delivery! The only thing this office has going for them is the Nurse Practitioner "Lori" she is AMAZING and I wish she had her own practice
