Great doctor, great staff. Very clean office. Highly recommend.
Straightforward and matter of fact are good characteristics for doctors... However there was no compassion or understanding of my situation or emotional shock at being confronted with a new serious diagnosis. She even mistook my nervous laughter as not taking the situation seriously. I was literally scared out of my mind with the results and diagnosis which was confirmed. I made an appointment as a new patient 2 months in advance. I filled out the paperwork electronically a few days before my appointment. The day before my appointment (not a full 24 hrs) the office calls me to let me know that there was a scheduling conflict. Doctor only see's one new patient a day, I could be scheduled with a LNP or I could wait another 2 months to be seen by the doctor. I asked to be removed from the schedule all together. It should not be this hard to be seen by a doctor and I should not have to wait 4 mon... read more
