This past weekend my brother and I moved our dad into the Reflections of Port Orange. The staff was amazing in helping us with everything and I mean everything. The facility is more like a hotel and well maintained, nothing like I’ve been exposed to as a retired Firefighter paramedic for 33 years. Reflections Port Orange is absolutely wonderful! The staff is incredibly caring, accommodating, and positive. They have far exceeded our expectations and allayed every fear and concern we had before coming there. We can't thank you enough for all you do, staff, and for always going above and beyond!
My Mom has been here for about 7 months now..this is her 3rd place and by far the best one! the staff is genuine and really care about the residents! She has adjusted well here and I feel like she has even made friends with other residence! Making the transition to a memory care facility is not an easy process but everyone has definitely made me feel like we made the right decision putting her at Reflections and I don’t worry about her like I did at the other places that she was at.
