Looks can be deceiving. This is the last place you would want someone you love to live. Poor staff training to say the least. The administration should focus more on the lack of work that their employees do. Staff seem to be more interested in chatting with each other or surfing on their phones. The lack of attention and care giving to residents is sad. They hire people with zero empathy or compassion. Folks that will bully homeless people and strangers alike. Brenda Moss has absolutely no business working there at all. I will make sure to let everyone I know in the business about her. I don't suggest you put your loved ones in a facility that allows such horrid people to work there.

I really had high hopes for this facility for my 86-year-old aunt. However, they did not provide her with the care that she signed up for (and was paying a high price for). For example, when she would push her call- button, it would often take over 30 minutes for someone to arrive to help her. One morning, her call button didn't work (and nobody came to check on her) so in desperation she called me.
