This has been the worst place I have worked with. Staff sleeps at night. They are only there to make money and not love the residents. Management doesn’t listen to you when you have a complain. Or anything. If you fall and is going to the hospital and my mom called me in they told her the call in is not acceptable.
These people will literally steal your loved ones belongings.....my friend passed away Thursday...we went to see him Sunday and found out he had passed....They lied and said someone picked up his things....everything was gone by the time we found out..within 3 days they had stolen all of his belongings...his chair his tv...all his personal things gone.....they will only say SOMEONE picked it up....and its gone.....
If I could leave a 0 here I definitely would. This place is a disaster. My dad wasn't even there 24 hours and is back at the hospital. They let my dad fall and hit his head after my fa.ily and I told them REPEATEDLY that he needs a call light, bed alarm and rails on his bed because he will try to get up and go to restroom. They did none of that and now he has another fracture on his head. He already has a TBI and now this PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!
