Rude On a recent trip leaving out of Boston Logan airport I used Grace to drive me from Manchester into Boston. To begin with they were 30 minutes late picking me up and on the way back didn't come at all to the airport. When I called them they said they had gone the day before to pick me up and that I never showed. After fighting with the woman because she had the wrong dates they still charged me both times for both trip to the aiport! I'm still disputing it with them and it is 3 months later! I would not recommend at all!... read more
Travel experiences I don't know the story with your situation about Grace. I would like to put in my 2 cents. There are always "special" circumstances that will prevent even the best company from being ontime. As far as the trip that they never showed up for, and I speak from experience here, it sounds like you may have given them the departure date, not the arrival date. What I mean by this is that it sounds like you took a red eye flight (which would leave on one date, but arrive on the next date). If you supplied them wit... read more
Great company! Grace Limousine drove for my wedding in 2002, and they did a great job for my wife and I. They have been around for a long time, and I don't think you last for decades by screwing over customers. They are the largest company around, cars are always new, and people are friendly. I give them my highest recommendation!
