Dr Lee knows is very knowledgeable when it comes to thyroid issues. However, if you need help with anything before a schedule appointment you are out of luck. I sent two emails, called twice, and filed a complaint with the patient relations department. NO RESPONSE. I understand doctors are busy and there is a short supply of Endo's but waiting over 3 weeks for an answer does not show me Dr Lee cares about her patients.

I attempted to schedule an appointment with the endocrinologist and was rejected because “we don’t accept patients with your diagnosis.” It went like this: I called the clinic and asked for an appointment, and they said I needed a referral. My insurance doesn’t require a referral but the clinic said this is their policy. Sure, I called my primary doctor and got the referral, which took several days. One of the first doctors to take my medical history seriously and find me a medical management plan. Smart and caring. She gets busy but it’s because she good at what she does. Worth any wait.
