Grace is great! Love her service and her smile! She always makes sure that my hearing aids are in great working w Order and works with the company for the best possible prices! She goes the extra mile for her clients!
Grace is very attentive and personable. She explained everything very thoroughly. No question was too simple or complex for her. My only concern was the appointment had to end quickly as she did not have enough time. So, a few questions went unanswered for now. My sense was that this issue is likely an insurance/administrative issue and not her personal choice.
Grace is awesome, her appointments are fun and move along really fast. I am looking forward to the next one.
