I had a great experience with Dr. Grace Lee during the selection of my replacement hearing aids. She was very thorough in explaining the choices, options and updated features. When I picked up my new set, she took time to go through all the functions and features so I would be comfortable with them. She is a very professional Audiologist and highly endorse her as a hearing caregiver.
Grace is an example of skill and training mixed with care for the patient and a professional yet very friendly demeanor. She is highly skilled and I recommend her services to all.
Grace does a complete overview of what will be covered during your appointment. She updates your warranty coverage as well as other service options. She listens and wants to answer all of your questions.
