I met with Grace Lee yesterday for a follow up visit. I had not met with her for the initial introduction of getting hearing aids. When I left my initial visit, I felt pretty confused because I didn’t feel like the first audiologist explained things well enough for me. Grace Lee on the other hand, explained how to insert the hearing aids better, showed me how to use the aids with my phone app, and was generally very warm and encouraging. I had a great experience with Dr. Grace Lee during the selection of my replacement hearing aids. She was very thorough in explaining the choices, options and updated features. When I picked up my new set, she took time to go through all the functions and features so I would be comfortable with them. She is a very professional Audiologist and highly endorse her as a hearing caregiver.
