Dr. Lau has been my gynecologist for several years and she is such a kind, caring & empathetic doctor. She’s always energetic & greets you like she’s known you forever. She explains things thoroughly, even calls me to discuss my blood work & discusses next steps if needed. She never leaves any questioned unanswered. She’s always very prompt when answering urgent messages through MyChart as well. Recently, I had undergone a procedure. I was very nervous, but she held my hand before I went under. She is truly amazing.
