Never received my PCR results. Called at least 5 times to request them. For rapid tests, you always need to call them as well, otherwise your results will never be delivered. Their emails land into the spam folder... There are better labs out there. Save your time.

I took a PCR test here and never received any results. A few days later I went back for a rapid test and only received results hours later after I called and specifically requested them. From the other reviews as well as my own experiences, I have little trust in the operations of this “lab”.

Husband tested pos at home Binax test Friday. Went there, they said neg. Did pcr test also, will we ever get results? Who knows? Husband did another Binax test at home Sat, still positive. I think they use the same rapid test there but the kid working there did not read it correctly and emailed a wrong result on rapid test. I’d try somewhere else for reliable results.

One day I got my results, the same day. Went in on Xmas eve and they were late opening and seemed very disheveled when heading in. This was not an efficient experience. I got both tests and neither were ever received. Once inside, The fellow who gave me a business card to fill out obviously was not informed to give me the slip of Paper I filled out on my previous visit. Went for a rapid and a PCR test on Thursday December 23rd. Never received my rapid results which state they would deliver them in 15-25 minutes. Called and ask for the results and still never received them.
