I try to support small businesses in my community, but my experience with Grace Jewelers was incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. I brought in my wedding band to repair a diamond that had fallen out. The owner, Sovanna, personally confirmed the estimate and repair time. I brought in a new wristwatch to have a couple of links taken out to size it appropriately. The customer service was timely and respectful.
I inherited my mom’s 60 year old wedding ring that had a beautiful diamond with an aged setting. I wanted to give it a new modern look. I had a vision and they helped make the vision come to life. I love it!
