Highly recommand ! I went to see Grace my whole pregnancy and she helped me and support me so much. She helped me to stop smoking at the start, also helped with nausea, all aches, helped me relax and relieve the stress and much more. I Just gave birth - me and my healthy baby would like to thank you Grace for all the great support, good care and nice advice in this beautiful but stressful time. I’ve been seeing Grace for a number of years and she keeps me functioning. From managing stress and adrenaline overload in peak times of work, getting me standing again when my back says no to getting me through pregnancy - she’s brilliant at it all! Do yourself a favour and go see her, your whole being will thank you later.

Grace is incredible at what she does! After just a couple of visits I was already noticing results including pain relief and stress reduction. Grace is nurturing while professional and is very attentive to my health needs and concerns. Absolutely couldn’t recommend her more!
