Loved my visit, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Since my first visit in June with Dr. Faison, I have prioritized my health and wellness. Dr. Faison is the best doctor hands down, since going to her my blood pressure is back to normal range, my diabetes was out of control with her guidance and motivation have got it well under control and also lost 34 pounds in the process. I highly recommend her if you looking to get someone that care about your health and well-being she's the one
I arrived early to my appointment (as requested) and had all of my paperwork filled out. I ended up waiting for two hours without ever being seen except for having my vitals taken. There was no clear communication or update on the delay. After such a long wait, I had no choice but to leave without receiving care because I had another appointment I had to get to. I had the privilege of completing my medical assisting externship under Dr. Faison, and it was such a great experience. Dr. Faison was patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about both the patients and the learning experience. They took the time to explain procedures, answer questions, and made sure I felt confident in my skills. The entire office was welcoming and professional.
