Ronin is truly a man of his word who is a one man show as he literally does it all!!! His business is named Grace House Painting but I think it should be Grace House Artistry. My house was built 65 years ago and it looks brand new. He calls himself a painter but he's a true artist. His attention to detail shows as he didn't just simply paint, he caulked windows and sealed ALL cracks and crevices. You will not find a "painter" with better skill sets and results. Thank you, Ronin, you soared way above my expectations...
Not only did he answer the phone and show up, he communicated with us very well through the entire process. It was affordable (we had one other quote that was at least $1000 more) and great quality painting from start to finish - pressure washing, painting, trim work, gutters, soffit and fascia, doors, etc. I highly recommend!
