All Nurses and health care aides were excellent, knowledgeable, very professional and helpful. The department was very clean. The Doctor, of course, was fantastic, and took the time to explain the procedure and outcome to the patient!

A Disturbing Lack of Urgency and Care at Grace Hospital Emergency Department I’m writing this review to share a deeply troubling experience I had at Grace Hospital’s Emergency Department following a violent incident. Regardless of what I come here with, I always wait at least four hours. There was even a сase when I was kicked out of emergency with an allergic reaction and swollen quinces

I arrived at 4pm on July 10th after my rampant poison ivy caused my whole leg below the knee to balloon up swollen, I was scared I was experiencing blood poisoning or an allergic reaction. I was triaged quickly by reception and she was a warm person. I was told there were 8 people ahead of me by the triage nurse, who was visibly and audibly sick himself. There was a fellow who broke his arm there waiting to be casted since 10am. The older guy next to him was coughing up blood and he ended up being there 10 hours. They called... read more
