The doctors and staff were great, the nurses were very kind and attentive, every person that helped me while I was there for a week went above and beyond in most cases. There were literally no delays at all, they're very well organized as a team they all work together. 😊
Spent four hours in the emergency my wife called and said that I’ve been triage. I’m in a room. My vital signs were taken. It was not true. I was in the hallway and the nurse that I called told me the blood work is fine and the chest three is fine and they never did I left horrible place to go is to Grace Hospital. As well, the nurse said to me That he has 17 patients and I said I don’t care don’t go to the grace

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review due to the lack of communication between doctors and staff ,not answering phones and directing people to the wrong place consistently. I needed an urgent surgery 3 weeks ago for a broken collar bone that’s stabbing into my neck skin and instead they sent me home with a sling THAT I HAD TO PUT ON BY MY SELF. 3 weeks later now they tell me it didn’t heal right and I need surgery.
