My brother that was down syndrome was on service with Grace hospice of Texas and they were wonderful. Their whole staff was so professional and I am very grateful to each and everyone of them. Thank you Grace Hospice.
The hospital where my mom was at had recommended Grace hospice to us and we are extremely grateful. The liaison came and spoke with us at the hospital. She was so warm and friendly and gave us so much information. We really had no idea how hospice worked but she walked us through every step and answered every question we had. When we got my mom home the nurse was there and was so compassionate and caring. Their whole team was so loving and caring and I highly recommend them. I know you will be extremely pleased.
My mother was on Hospice with Grace Hospice for 11 Months and they were recommended to us by friends who both parents were on hospice with them.. Our nurse was the most caring nurse. So loving and became like family along with the rest of the staff. The Chaplin and the social worker went beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend this company to anyone.
Such appalling excuses for nurses and doctors!!! Very inexperienced and the LVNs were lazy,lazy, LAZY! How can anyone be so rough with such a delicate patient!!!! Their bathing methods were as though they were disgusted at having to bathe an elderly person. They literally argued right in front of us as to why it WASN'T their job to do certain things! My loved one was in the so-called "care" of Grace Hospice of Texas in Houston. The team had no heart, no experience, no sense to return IMPORTANT calls, and NO BUSINESS BEING IN OPERATION!!! My loved one passed away within a matter of a few(4-5) months in the care of Grace Hospice of Texas! That's in Houston, Texas. Now all of a sudden, they have a letter and a card as a testimonial. That's a bunch of bologna!!! Can anyone say...COVER OUR BUTTS!!!!?
