Do not use this company. Grace Homes replaced our roof 3.5 years ago with a 5 year workmanship warranty. We now have a leak in the ceiling coming from a roof elevation that did not have flashing installed. Subsequently the wood is now rotten. No one from Grace Homes is returning my phone calls.
